AEG312 thin fl**ge Cooper S engine block bored to 60thou. New AE Nural 21251 STD compression pistons size is 60 thou.
AEG177 Conrods, balanced and lightened.
SA 1098cc crank fitted (12G2827 crank) with new bearings 10mains bearings/10 big ends fitted.
22G1128 Remote housing gearbox with 22G1040 gearset. New central oil pickup, baulk rings, 3rd motion bearing, layshaft 2 step, layshaft bearings. 1st motion bearing and needle roller small end bearing. Idler gear bearing replaced in flywheel housing cover (22A524) and 1st motion shaft nose bearing also. 3.44 diff with hardy spicer outputs.
New duplex timing chain kit fitted with new gears.
Cooper S pin drive camshaft, new pin drive oil pump, new cam followers fitted.
12G940 head with 35mm inlet valves, 29mm exhaust valves, new valve guides, new stem seals and valve seats cut and double valve springs. New MS 1.5 Ratio High lift forged rockers fitted.
New welch plugs.
New thermostat housing kit, 74 deg thermostat fitted.
Converted to spin on oil filter housing with new oil filter.
Ancillaries not available with resale.

New throttle spindles, jets and float bowl gaskets and two new air filters, new float bowl grommets, new float linking pipe and new hoses for float bowls and new throttle return springs. 1275 GTS Twin SU Carburettor setup for sale at the shop. Fully restored. 12G2464 inlet manifold. A matching set of AUC870 and AUC871 carb bodies. GTS correct linkage complete and GTS correct PVC valve and finally GTS correct elbows and air filter housing with new brass bolts to hold the top down. New throttle spindles and jets and also float bowl gaskets. New air filter. Price R10 000 based at the shop in pretoria.
