Cutting PPF by hand is costing you more than you think.
If you're still manually measuring and trimming every panel, you're spending extra hours on every job — and that adds up fast in wasted film, labour, and jobs you could have taken.
There's a better way.
Introducing ProCut 3.0 — our most advanced patterning system yet, built specifically for fitment centres that want to work smarter.
Here's what it does for your shop:
It uses intelligent nesting to get the most out of every roll, so you're throwing away less material. It has a built-in cost calculator that helps you quote jobs accurately and protect your margins. And it speeds up your entire workflow — from pattern to cut to install — so you can turn around more vehicles per week.
Already a Profilm fitment centre? ProCut 3.0 is your next upgrade. It slots into your existing setup and immediately improves how you operate.
Not part of the Profilm network yet? This is a great reason to join. Becoming a Profilm partner gives you access to ProCut 3.0 along with the support, training, and premium PPF product range that comes with the network.
Either way, the result is the same — less waste, faster turnarounds, and stronger profits.
