This month, we mean that in a far more important way.

Breast cancer affects mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, friends and colleagues. It changes lives, and too often, it takes them.

Knowing your body matters. Paying attention to changes matters. Getting checked matters.

If something feels different, looks different, or does not seem right, do not brush it off. Make the appointment. Encourage the women in your life to do the same.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This post is not really about cars.

It is about awareness, early detection and the reminder that some checks matter more than anything else.
