Mahindra KUV100 1.2 TDI with JnesTuned Mild+ Software.
Another first for us as we have never worked on this vehicle platform before......
Around 4 hours spent the night before to reverse engineer another software version found online, to be a bit prepared when vehicle arrived. Unfortunately this vehicle's software was not quite the match, but at least the prep helped a bit.
Due to the small size of the engine, Lourens didn't think that 4th gear will get the dyno rollers rolling, so initial testing was done in 3rd gear.
It only took 1 file revision to turn this into a very potent little pocket rocket....Huge gains and the on-road response completely changed...
Nicely surprised with the outcome ;)
Tuned power(3rd gear):
54kw -> 77kw (+23kw)
198nm -> 239nm (+41nm)
