Gone are the days when people used to say diesel cars are slow.This little VW polo 1.9tdi 74kw started off as stock. The previous owner of this vehicle had fitted a number of performance enhancements to it but it was too much for this engine to handle. When the new owner purchased this vehicle everything was fine up until he heard a noise in the engine while driving to work - "The dreaded knocking noise".
The vehicle was brought in to us and we found that the vehicle engine had run a bearing, causing engine failure. The customer didn't want to repair the engine as he was scared of engine failure again. So we decided to get a complete, imported, low mileage, 96kw, 1.9tdi engine and fit it onto this little pocket rocket.

Complete engine swap
All new seals and gaskets
Cambelt and tensioner replaced
Clutch kit replaced
Turbo checked and seals replaced
Intercooler cleaned and tested
Software updated

The customer wanted the car to look and drive good. So with the help of Veez Customs & Used Spares we decided to surprise the customer with a paint job on all the interior trims as well as the engine cover (in red), we resprayed the scratched rims and colour coded the break calipers. We also gave the car a new look with decals and a valet. This car now makes a good amount of power and runs like a beast.

The BMW M3 E46 Coupé stole the hearts of real, sports car fanatics when it launched in 2000. With a low weight construction and the high-rev concept of its inline 6-cylinder engine - it was a legend. It still is today.
However our customer didn't have such joy. Having parked the vehicle in his garage for 2 years, he finally decided that it was time to take the old gal out for a Sunday drive. Unfortunately it wasn't his lucky day. She refused to start. So he called the RGC team to come and check his car out. We found that the vehicle starter had given up on him. Being an SMG gearbox we were not able to kick start or jump start the vehicle.

Coolant loss on a vehicle can be a very big problem. It can cause serious engine failure which can be costly.We found that on this BMW 320i with the B48 engine, the full flow oil filter housing was cracked and leaking coolant. Our lucky customer brought his vehicle just in time and we were able to get him back on the road quickly.

Anti freeze replaced.

Our customer brought in his 2016 Porsche Cayenne GTS for a check as he had just purchased the vehicle from a used car dealer. During our 20 point check on this vehicle, we found that the vehicle was due for a service and that front brake pads were low.

Our customer brought in his BMW 330i E90 for the RGC AUTO touch. This vehicle was parked off for over 2 years. We finally managed to get it in and get this beauty back on the road.
