2014 VW Scirocco 1.4 TSI with 222,000+ km came in for our 90-minute hydrogen carbon clean.

Before the clean the vehicle had an engine light, previous misfire faults, exhaust smoke and O2 sensor heater faults.

After the clean, the customer immediately noticed the difference:

• Much better low-end power
• Sharper throttle response
• No more jerking
• Exhaust smoke gone
• Engine running noticeably smoother

The O2 heater faults did return, so we still recommended further electrical checks on the battery, wiring and sensor heater circuits.

Honda Accord 2.4L came in for a 90-minute carbon clean which includes free diagnostics. Diagnostics revealed a dead O2 sensor and also noticed the PCV valve was stuck open, which caused low crankcase pressure. After the carbon clean the customer took it for a test drive and immediately felt the benefits of the carbon clean.

VW Transporter 2.0 TDI came in for a 90-minute hydrogen carbon clean with rough idle and poor drivability.

During diagnostics we picked up mechanical faults that still need attention, including a fuel pressure regulation fault and EGR sensor fault. So the vehicle is not 100% sorted yet — those issues must still be repaired.
