1986 Mercedes-Benz W123 230E automatic. (yes, 1986 is correct, production of the w123 ended in 86 in South Africa)

Much work has been done on this beaut in the 8 years since the current owner, Henk, bought the car back in 2018. It’s only being sold as it isn’t being used as much as it used too.

* Beautiful interior.
* Working aircon with new replacement original compressor!
* Working original central locking!
* Working original Hirschmann aerial!
* Original Becker radio tape is included in the sale.

174000km with partial history up to 2018 and full history since then. Front brake calipers were also rebuilt recently.

resprayed metal strips below headlights
fixed tow hook cover at front bumper

new hydraulic lifters
fixed vacuum leaks and set idle control air speed
gearbox vac leak sorted - improved shifting and kickdown significantly

The timing chain and injectors have also been replaced. A modern flip key remote to open and close using the original key blade has made using the car daily even easier.

All slips and writeup in book with two keys with central lock remotes included. Original Becker radio with code included, currently it has a bluetooth radio installed.

Oskava front covers, the seats are in perfect condition because of these. Right rear passenger seat cloth has a stain, other than that, all perfect. Original MB rubber mats are present and in very good condition.

Current mileage 204000km.
Aircon, central locking and cruise control all work, in fact everything on the car does.

VERY FAIRLY PRICED AT ONLY R95000 (Ninety- Five thousand South African Rand). The price isn’t negotiable sorry.
