Learning & Development Consultant | Facilitator | Business Improvement Specialist
With more than 25 years of experience in business, leadership, learning and development, and organisational consulting, I helps organisations develop their people, strengthen their teams and improve workplace performance.
As the founder of Yes Indeed! Facilitators, I work with organisations across South Africa, designing and facilitating practical, engaging learning experiences that people can actually use in the workplace.
My experience spans leadership and management development, communication, emotional intelligence, team development, coaching and mentoring, customer service, change management, project management, business improvement and workplace skills planning.
I have designed and facilitated multiple learning interventions across corporate, manufacturing, retail, government, higher education and non-profit environments. I have worked with organisations including SPAR Eastern Cape, Volkswagen Group South Africa, Mondelez Cadbury, Twizza, Shoprite/Checkers, NMMU Business School, Lactalis, Heineken, among many others.
I am also a registered assessor bringing together practical business experience, learning expertise and a strong understanding of workplace needs.
I believe training should be practical, interactive and relevant — not just theory that people forget when they leave the room.
My focus is on creating real understanding, behavioural change, accountability and improved workplace performance.
