Isuzu extended cab bakkie bass upgrade! 🎶

We built a custom subwoofer enclosure using the storage compartments with wood, fiberglass, and resin — it sounds amazing and looks super clean. 🔊✨ The client’s having a padded seat installed on top, so passengers stay comfortable while enjoying the awesome sound. 🎵
We also upgraded the front speakers and added some at the back to make sure the whole bakkie sounds amazing! 🚗🎧

🚗✨ We switched up the setup in Mini Disaster for Autostyle Motor Show 2025!

This past weekend, Team Bass Power proudly attended the Pure Hearts Safe House Fundraiser Motor Show, organized by SPL Dream Team at the Starwood Mall Rooftop Parking, Phoenix. As always, our vehicles delivered outstanding Results! 💪🏻🥳😁

Here’s how we rocked the event:

Vyal's Yaris: Featuring 2x12-inch woofers and a single Targa amplifier, it scored an impressive 154.6 dB in the Stock 2 category.

Rivash's Corsa: Equipped with 2x12-inch Targa Hooligans and 1 Targa amplifier, it delivered a surprising 153.6 dB in the International 2 category.

Jonathan's Corolla: With 2x12-inch woofers and 1 amplifier, it achieved a solid 150.6 dB in the Sedan Open category.

Dillon's Polo: Sporting a boot setup with 4x12-inch Targa Mambas and 1 Targa amplifier, it reached an impressive 150.4 dB.

Preston's Golf 1: Dominated the Bass Boxing 3 division with 6x15-inch woofers and 3 amplifiers, earning a jaw-dropping 161.1 dB to become the Loudest Bass Boxer of the day.

Viresh's Corsa (The Boogeyman): With 2x15-inch Targa Rambos and 1 Targa amplifier, this fully trimmed vehicle scored an earth-shattering 161.7 dB in the Stock 3 category.

Despite limited time to prepare after the Gas Motor Show, we dedicated countless hours and sleepless nights to the Iasca Finals held in KZN, and the hard work paid off with outstanding results:

• Boogeyman raised the bar even higher, breaking its own record in the Flyweight Division with an impressive 156.69 dB average.

• Disaster, Which held the previous SA record of 157.5 dB, shattered the Lightweight World Record with a remarkable 160.09 dB average.

• Vyal's Yaris delivered an impressive score in the Bantamweight Division, narrowly missing the World Record by just 0.03 dB. He will be back stronger!

• Rivash's Corsa surpassed its previous score, hitting an impressive 150.23 dB in the Street Division with under 1 kW clamped power, making it the loudest street car in South Africa under the Iasca format.

A huge shoutout to the entire Team at Bass Power for their dedication and commitment, which made achieving these world records possible. We can’t wait to see what 2025 brings! 🔊🔊🔊🔊

A client recently approached us to enhance the audio system in his Ford Ranger Double Cab, as the standard setup fell short of his expectations. He desired a subwoofer but faced space constraints behind the rear seats. To solve this, we designed and crafted a custom enclosure that fits neatly beneath the rear seat. For optimal sound quality, we constructed the enclosure using a blend of plywood and fiberglass. To further refine the system, we applied Targa Gold sound deadening in the doors, elevating the performance of both the split system and coaxial speakers, resulting in a crisp, clear audio experience.

The system included:

• JBL GTO 609C

• JBL Club 6520

• Power Bass Nano 4800D

• Power Bass Nano 1600D

• Targa Street+ 8-inch subwoofer.

🔊NitroCrew Semi Finals Recap!🔊

This past weekend, we attended the NitroCrew Semi Finals and made some changes to the vehicles due to the different rules. The results were mind blowing!

🔊 The Disaster (Golf 1): We switched from the Bass Boxing setup to a 2x15 inch SPL setup and competed in the Advance 3 No Wall category. We achieved a staggering 162.6 dB and backed it up with 162.5 dB, making this the Loudest No Wall GOLF 1 and the Record holder in the Advance 3 No Wall category!

🔊 Boogeyman: We changed the box to a no external port setup, still running 2x15 inch woofers and a single amplifier. We broke the Stock 3 Record with an impressive 159.4 dB and set a new Bass Boxing 2 record at 156.7 dB after 30 seconds!

🔊 The Yaris: Secured the Stock 2 record with 154 dB using a pair of 12 inch woofers powered by a single amplifier.

🔊 The Grinch: Competed in the Rookie Pro 2 category and managed an impressive score of 152.3 dB, using an amplifier making under 2kw running on the standard battery.

🔊 The Polo: Competed in the Rookie Pro 1 category with 2x10 inch woofers and an amplifier making less than 2kw and shocked us with a score of 149.8 dB.

Getting ready for the Gas motor show was tough with little time and many challenges. We still managed to achieve amazing results, setting two World Records: one in the Street Division with a Staggering 150.15 Dbs and another in the Flyweight Bass Boxing Category with 155.77 Dbs 🔊🔊🔊

We also set two South African records in the Hatch 2 Division and the Lightweight Bass Boxing Category

The journey required careful planning, many hours of hard work, and strong determination. Looking back, it was an incredible experience. From the excitement before the event to the joy of achieving our goals, it was all unforgettable. We proved that with hard work and perseverance, we could overcome any challenge and achieve new heights.

A client approached us seeking a fitment center capable of constructing a fiberglass enclosure for four 12-inch subwoofers in the boot of a Vw Polo 6, while keeping the back seats intact. Embracing the challenge, we took on the project. The result is both visually stunning and acoustically impressive. 🔊🔊🔊

So...After the Kings of Bass Boxing Challenge there was a Kings of Bass Challenge put out by the Host of the Spl Dream team held at the Durban Exhibition Center and of course we had to jump on to it and the preparation started, Unfortunately there were only 2 teams and the Host needed 5 to go ahead with the challenge, Nevertheless we still decided to take our Vw Golf 1 (The Disaster) to the show and we managed a whopping 161.7 DBs with just 2x15 inch subs in a no wall set up...Making it the LOUDEST NO WALL GOLF 1 TO DATE😎

A few months ago "Kings of Bass Boxing" challenge was put out by the host SPL DREAM TEAM , calling out the loudest Bass Boxing vehicles in teams of 5. To crown 1 team the ultimate "Kings of Bass Boxing 2024" and of course we had to jump in on this challenge. 4 of our Bass Power vehicles teamed up with Trishen from Mamba Sport/Team Targa.

Samirs Golf 1- The Disaster
Viresh Corsa- The Boogeyman
Umeshs Corsa - Turbulence
Preston's Golf 1 - Goku Super Saiyan
Trishens Isuzu bakkie- Bush Rat

We went up against 3 very competitive and veteran teams and managed to get 158.66 DB average amongst the 5 vehicles and yes Team Bass Power was Crowned KINGS OF BASS BOXING 2024
