An existing customer brought in his "new-to-him" Golf 7 GTI to kick off its journey with us the right way, opting for our full THANAS RACE ECU & TCU calibration with every option ticked! (Except flex.. for now)

Since the car was already running a downpipe, we backed up that flow on the intake side by fitting our THANAS High-Flow Inlet Pipe paired with stock airbox mod to unrestrict the intake path completely.

We then flashed our feature-packed THANAS RACE Software, optimizing engine calibration and sharpening gearbox.

The Numbers:

Stock: 171kW / 366Nm

THANAS Tuned: 221kW / 460Nm (+50kW / +94Nm)

The perfect foundation for what will likely turn into an all-out build.

Further developments for THANAS RACE| for B9 S4/S5 & SQ5.

ADJUSTABLE/ DYNAMIC Launch Control.

Launch control is being demonstrated in Park, but will be applicable to real launch conditions where drivers can hold a set rpm and build a set amount of boost.

This Polo 6C GTI came in for the THANAS Race ECU & TCU treatment, paired with our mapswitching.

We loaded the ECU with live map switching, giving the owner total control at their fingertips:
× Map 1: Stock Power
× Map 2: Thanas Tuned
× Map 3: Valet Mode

To keep things reliable, the custom ECU and TCU calibration were carefully optimized within the torque constraints of the notorious DQ200 gearbox. Sharpening up shift speeds and increasing clamping pressures without pushing the dry clutches past their limits.

Power figures:

Stock: 137kW / 255Nm

THANAS Tuned: 171kW / 335Nm (+34kW / +80Nm)

We took this Audi RS3 8V1 to the next level with a complete hardware, software and maintenance overhaul.

​Featuring a Blaze intake, catless downpipe and a custom front mount intercooler and crashbar from Zurich Engineering , letting this 5 cylinder breathe and growl how it should. Tied together with our custom tailored THANAS ECU & TCU software, it has the performance to match the sound.

​Finished off with fresh brake pads, Motul 5W50 engine oil and a full service on the DQ500 gearbox, this beast is 100% ready for some hard driving.
