Netstar Fitment Centre Manager – Randburg, Johannesburg (Full-Time)
Job Overview
A well-established Netstar Fitment Centre in Randburg is seeking an experienced Fitment Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of the branch.
This opportunity is ideal for a strong administrator and people manager with previous experience managing an automotive fitment centre or similar automotive service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fitment Centre.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the fitment team.
Schedule bookings and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee branch administration, reporting, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Drive productivity and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Previous management experience within an Automotive Fitment Centre is essential.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Computer literate.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R12,000 – R20,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
