With a Stage 1 ECU tune and EGR delete, this Ranger saw a noticeable increase in both power and torque, delivering improved performance across the rev range.

With the 'V-Max Off' we removed the vehicle’s factory-set top-speed limiter, allowing it to reach higher speeds.

After Tune: 152.7 kW | 489 Nm

That’s +33.5 kW and +99 Nm, with peak torque arriving earlier

• Less hunting through the auto on hills

Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI

Previous tuner wasn’t delivering. Client wasn’t happy. We dug into the logs.

Well known "tuner" Stage 2 ECU + TCU came in making 116.6 kW and 276 Nm.

Data logging showed the turbo wasn’t hitting requested boost and the ECU was pulling timing, bad fuel plus an actuator that couldn’t keep up.

Eagle Stage 2 ECU + TCU, Forge actuator, DV+, and a splash of ethanol in the mix.

Result:
• 134.0 kW @ 4944 rpm
• 296 Nm @ 3502 rpm

Already on the car:
- FMI
- Upgraded K04 core
- R8 coil packs
- Full exhaust + downpipe
