Isuzu MU-X 1.9

Only 700 km on the clock and already getting a serious upgrade! 👀

This Isuzu MU-X came in for an EGR Delete + Stage 1 ECU Tune, taking it from:

• 122.8 kW → 156.0 kW
• 405 Nm → 545 Nm

That’s +33.2 kW and +140 Nm, a massive difference in performance and response.

Ford Everest 2.2

The Ford Everest came in for an Eagle Eye Stage 1 ECU Tune + V-Max Solution, unlocking significantly more from the factory calibration while also removing the speed limiter.

• 116.2 kW → 140.5 kW
• 417 Nm → 518 Nm

That’s an impressive +24.3 kW and +101 Nm.

Our Stage 1 ECU calibration is designed to optimise the factory engine parameters rather than simply pushing boost and fuel. We recalibrate key areas such as torque management, boost control, fuelling and throttle response to make better use of the engine's existing hardware.

This Ranger came in strong, but there was still plenty more hiding in the calibration.

Through professional ECU recalibration, we adjusted the relevant engine parameters to deliver a noticeable improvement in power, torque and overall drivability.

POWER: 153.6 kW ➡️ 218.9 kW
TORQUE: 495 Nm ➡️ 617 Nm

🔥 And yet ANOTHER 2.2 Everest! 🔥

This one comes with a little history… 😎

A returning customer who came to us around 3 years ago with his previous Ford Everest 2.2 TDCi. We tuned that vehicle, and it went on to clock over 250,000 km without issues. 💪🏻

The customer eventually sold it and bought himself another 2.2 Everest, and his words were simple:

😅 And another 2.2 Everest! 🔥

These Ford Everest 2.2 TDCi’s just keep coming through the doors! 💪🏻

This one received our Stage 1 ECU calibration + EGR software solution + Vmax solution, giving the vehicle improved power, response and overall drivability. And a happy customer once again immediately impressed after leaving the shop with a new beast!

But this job was about more than just software…

During our checks, we picked up a hardware area of concern that had previously been incorrectly diagnosed elsewhere. We pointed this out to the customer so it can be properly inspected and repaired before it develops into a bigger issue.

That’s why proper diagnosis matters.

We don’t just load a file and send the vehicle on its way. We always perform intensive diagnostics and on road testing to find issues and ensure reliability before and after calibration.
