Our story.
Project4WD was the dream of Stef Koch and Reynard Cronje both avid offroaders, each bringing a unique set of skills to Project4WD, and these skills and knowledge is again transfered to our staff and clients. The vision was to create a one stop workshop where you can have your 4x4 vehicle serviced, repaired, rebuild, get accessorized, fit new wheels and tyres and get information on all things 4WD. The two men are both 4x4 drivers and have firsthand experiances on what equipment works and what doesn't. We only sell best of breed equipment so that you and Project4WD can be proud to say, this is a PROJECT4WD vehicle.
Reynard is co-owner of eRGlekker4x4 and well known in the 4x4 community for their guided tours. He has 15 years experience in the field and knows what works and what does not. He is also currently a brand ambassador for Mickey Thompson and produces video content for them showcasing the lifestyle. Stef met Reynard on the trails and has become a close friend sharing the same passion. Stef runs the workshop and mechanical side of the business and is known as the Jeep whisperer in Mpumalanga.
