Are You Man Enough?
Earth & Essence Wellness Centre is proud to officially kick off the — and it's not what you think!
Here's how it works:
👉 Men challenge each other to wax an area of their body
👉 Film it, post it, and nominate your mates
👉 Feel the pain, have a laugh — but most importantly, start the conversation
Because if you can handle that pain in front of the camera... you can handle the conversation about what's really hurting. 🧠
This challenge is about bringing awareness to the mental battles men face every day — the stress, the anxiety, the pressure to "man up" and stay silent. At Earth & Essence Wellness Centre, we believe no man should carry that weight alone. Healing starts with conversation. 💆♂️🌿
The truth? Real men talk. Real men ask for help. Real men check on their brothers.
The rules:
1️⃣ Accept the challenge — wax it and post it
2️⃣ Nominate at least 2 other men to step up
3️⃣ Use and tag
4️⃣ Check in on a mate while you're at it — ask him how he's REALLY doing
Pain is temporary. The conversation we're starting could save a life. 💪
At Earth & Essence Wellness Centre, we're here for every step of your wellness journey — mind, body, and soul. 📩 DM us to find out more about our wellness services and support.
