Our service network spans the towns of Malmesbury, Vredenburg, Swellendam and Citrusdal. Facilities at our four dealerships have been upgraded to comply with the corporate identity requirements as specified by Isuzu Motors, South Africa. We are authorized and able to assist with most service and repair work on all Isuzu Derivatives, passenger, light, medium to heavy commercial vehicles. Malmesbury and Citrusdal are also authorized Isuzu truck repair centers. We only use genuine parts sourced from Isuzu Motors and Isuzu Trucks South Africa. All genuine parts are covered by a 12-month guarantee against defects.

WORKSHOP ADMIN: Warranty, Costing & Service Advisor
LOCATION: ISUZU MALMESBURY

RESPONSIBILITY, OBJECTIVES AND KEY TASKS:
โ€ขCapturing bookings
โ€ขCreating job cards
โ€ขAttached service sheets
โ€ขCheck for campaigns
โ€ขAccurate costing of total job (service and repairs) cards and handing over to After Sales Consultant
โ€ขVerify all service customers details
โ€ขRaise sublet repair order
โ€ขFollow up on the status of the job
โ€ขReceive the invoice
โ€ขProcess the invoice
โ€ขIdentify items to be paid by the customer on collection of the vehicle
โ€ขEnsure all mark-ups are loaded accurately
โ€ขProcess all Motor plan / Warranty claims
โ€ขAccurately track all Motor plan / Warranty claims on a daily basis until payment is received
โ€ขEnsure additional work identified by technicians to be counter-signed by relevant technical person
โ€ขAttend to all general Motor plan / Warranty claim inquiries and apply relevant corrective action
โ€ขEnsure payment files are downloaded from system each week
โ€ขEnsure all claims are timeously reconciled
โ€ขIdentify any claim rejections, over or under payments and apply corrective action
โ€ขPinnacle knowledge advantageous
โ€ขAll other related duties

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

โ€ขEstimation, warranty & costing experience advantageous
โ€ขExcellent people / communication skills
โ€ขExcellent admin skills
โ€ขBilingual
โ€ขHonest, reliable & punctual
