Safety First | Make It a Daily Habit

A five-minute pre-trip check could prevent a five-hour delay (or worse).

Before you turn the key, walk around your truck. It takes less time than your coffee break, and it could be the difference between a smooth day and a costly one.

What to check, every day:

✅ Tyres: Tread depth, pressure, visible damage or bulges. Your tyres are the only contact between your truck and the road.

✅ Lights: Headlights, indicators, brake lights and hazards. Visibility isn't optional, especially in misty or rainy conditions, or in the dark.

✅ Mirrors: Clean, correctly angled and free of cracks. Blind spots cause accidents.

✅ Load security: Straps, curtains and locks checked and double-checked. A shifting load endangers you and everyone around you.

It's a simple habit, but it's a powerful one. Make the five-minute check part of your routine, every day, every trip.
