A car is like a human being. π€
When you get sick, you go to a nurse. They diagnose you, and if the problem is serious, they send you to a doctor to find the real cause.
Cars are the same.
Some mechanics diagnose a fault and immediately start replacing parts. But an auto electrician should find out WHY the part failed.
Car not charging? Why?
BCM burned? Why?
Computer box not working? Why?
Sensor has no signal? Is it getting enough power, ground and reference voltage?
CAN communication missing? Why are CAN High and CAN Low not communicating?
Key not communicating with the ECU? Don't just replace the key or ECUβfind the reason.
Bridging a fuse or relay might make the car work temporarily, but that is not a proper repair. It can hide the real fault and cause more damage.
My old boss taught me: Itβs not about taking 2 minutes to find a fault. Take your time, find the real problem and fix it properly.
Thatβs how an auto electrician should work. π§β‘
Would you replace the part first, or find out WHY it failed? π
