ππ₯ ROAST CHALLENGEβ MICKAYLA π₯π
Buckle upβ¦ this one is a long one. ππ€£
Weβre taking you on a long ride with this one, because Mickayla has given us WAY too much material to work with. ππ₯
Then we have Mickayla β Llianβs little sister, his built-in chaos maker, his favourite problem, and probably the one person he can love the most and dislike the most at exactly the same time. ππ€£β€οΈ
She is somehow doing the MOSTβ¦ while also spending about 70% of the day on TikTok or a personal call. π
You walk into the office and there she is on a video call.
Is it work?
No.
Itβs her mom.
Or Johan.
Or somebody who definitely did not need a full video call during working hours. π±π€£
But somehow her quotes are always βup to date.β π
Until you ask about ONE specific quote and suddenly itβs:
βOH SH*Tβ¦ I missed this one.β ππ
Mickayla also does not hesitate to ask her boss for whatever she needs. π
If Mickayla wants something, she will ASK.
No shame.
No hesitation.
No fear. ππ€£
And then thereβs Llian.
This poor man cannot touch a vehicle in peace because for about 70% of his day, Mickayla is keeping him busy. π
βMy bossβ¦β
βMy bossβ¦β
βMy bossβ¦β
He can be elbow-deep in an engine, holding a spanner, balancing three things at onceβ¦
and Mickayla will appear next to him like:
βMy bossβ¦ quick question.β ππ₯
And it is NEVER just a quick question.
Itβs a client.
A quote.
Something in the office.
A personal issue.
Or something that could probably have waited 10 minutesβ¦
but no.
The boss needs to know NOW. ππ
And when something has gone wrong in the workshop or office, everyone already knows whatβs coming:
βMy bossβ¦ we have a little situation.β ππ
And just know β it is NEVER a little situation. π
A client is unhappy?
βMy bossβ¦ we have a little situation.β
Something was missed?
βMy bossβ¦ we have a little situation.β
Something broke?
βMy bossβ¦ we have a little situation.β
At this point, those words should probably be printed on her uniform. π€£
Then thereβs her relationship with the electricity bill. ππ
If itβs cold outside, just know the office door is CLOSED and that heater is working like itβs trying to warm the whole of Kimberley. π₯π
Electricity bill high as hell?
Not her problem.
Door closed. Heater on full blast. Peace restored. π
At this point, the heater probably has more working hours than some people in the workshop. ππ€£
And then we get to payment time. π³π
Mickayla does NOT care if youβve been a client for four years, four days, or if this is your first time walking through the door.
Got an account?
Donβt have an account?
Know the boss personally?
Been coming here forever?
Cute. π
If youβre here to collect your vehicle, youβre paying. ππ
No keys are leaving that office until Mickayla is happy that the money situation is sorted. ππ°
You can tell her:
βBut Iβve been a customer for yearsβ¦β
Mickayla:
βThatβs lovely. Card or EFT?β ππ€£
She might miss one quote every now and thenβ¦
but she will NOT miss your payment. ππ₯
And then we have Mickayla, the telephone diagnostic specialist. ππ§π
If a client phones and says:
βMy car wonβt startβ¦β
Mickayla is not just taking a booking. Oh no. π
She is going to diagnose that vehicle right there over the phone.
Sheβll ask the questions, listen to the symptoms and try to help the client as far as possible without ever seeing the car. π
And somehow the conversation will end with:
βIt sounds like your battery.β ππ€£
Meanwhile the car gets to the workshop and Llian is like:
βMickaylaβ¦ the fuel pump is gone.β ππ
Too late.
The battery has already been quoted. ππ₯
But then, just to cover all bases, sheβll end the call with:
βJust for safety, bring the vehicle to the workshop so we can check it properly.β ππ€£
Basically, sheβll diagnose it over the phone firstβ¦ and then send it in to confirm whether she accidentally diagnosed the completely wrong thing. π
She doesnβt need a diagnostic machineβ¦
sheβs got a cellphone, confidence, and a backup plan. π±π
And then thereβs the face of The Motomechβ¦ well, depending on whether she decided to do her hair that morning. ππ
You will find Mickayla either in the office or in the workshop.
Actually, wherever there is chaos, a client, a phone call or Llianβ¦
you will find her. π€£
Her appearance is basically a lucky packet.
One day she walks in looking like she has completely given up on society. π
The next day? Full professional receptionist mode β hair done, outfit sorted, and suddenly she looks like she owns the front desk. π
Then there are the days where she arrives looking like she IS the moment. π
π₯
Hair done.
Confidence on 100.
And every client suddenly remembers they have βone more questionβ before they leave. ππ€£
And then the next morningβ¦
No hair done.
No effort.
No interest.
Just:
βThis day can already go to hell.β ππ
Basically, you never know which Mickayla is going to greet you:
Corporate Mickayla, Workshop Mickayla, TikTok Mickayla, or βdonβt even look at me todayβ Mickayla. ππ₯
We roast you with love, Mickayla. π€π
The office would definitely be quieter without youβ¦ but Llian would probably start worrying because nobody has called him βmy bossβ or announced a βlittle situationβ for the last five minutes. ππ
