- On Saturday, September 28, 2024, Cartrack’s Recovery Team was dispatched to locate a hijacked Corolla.

The IoT device indicated that the vehicle was in , so our recovery team proceeded to the location. While en route, they detected that the vehicle was in motion with the ignition off.

They then spotted a white Rustler towing the stolen vehicle, which was safely recovered. Two suspects were apprehended.

The vehicles and suspects were handed over to the .

, Maraisburg - On Saturday, September 28, 2024, the Cartrack Recovery Team recovered a Tiggo that had been stolen during a house break-in a few days prior.

Our clients had surveillance footage of the break-in, which revealed that the suspects had previously entered the same premises a month earlier, stealing several items, including the vehicle's spare keys.

When the opportunity arose, the suspects returned and took the vehicle, swapping its license plates with those of a used in other crimes, which ultimately led to its detection.

The vehicle was recovered near , and four suspects were arrested. The stolen items from the previous break-in were found inside the vehicle.

, N3 South - On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Cartrack’s Recovery Team was dispatched to locate a Fortuner reported stolen in Hennopspark.

Our recovery team detected signal-jamming technology but was still able to determine that the vehicle was moving southbound along the N3.

Aided by the , our recovery team proceeded to the location, where the vehicle was safely recovered. A signal-jamming device was found on the scene, and one suspect was apprehended.

The suspect was detained at the SAPS, and the vehicle was booked in at the Aeroton Vehicle Identification Services.

- On Monday, September 23, 2024, Cartrack’s Recovery Team was dispatched to locate a Tucson reported hijacked.

The IoT device indicated that the vehicle was in , so our recovery team proceeded to the location. Aided by the SAPS, the vehicle was safely recovered.

The vehicle was handed over to the SAPS.

, Vosloorus - On Monday, September 23, 2024, Cartrack’s Recovery Team was dispatched to locate a Accent reported stolen in Eden Park.

The IoT device indicated that the vehicle was initially in Palmridge but had moved towards Vosloorus. Aided by the Flying Squad, our recovery team proceeded to the location, where the vehicle was safely recovered, and one suspect was apprehended.

The suspect was detained at the SAPS, and the vehicle was booked in at the Aeroton Vehicle Identification Services.

The IoT device indicated that the vehicle was moving around , so our recovery team proceeded to the location. The vehicle was safely recovered.

, Manenberg - On Saturday, September 21, 2024, Cartrack’s Recovery Team was dispatched to locate a stolen Velocity.

Aided by the SAPS, our recovery team proceeded to the location based on information provided by our IoT tracking device. Upon arrival, the team spotted the suspect driving the motorcycle through an alley. The suspect was approached, and the motorcycle was safely recovered.

The suspect was handed over to the SAPS.
