We’re still in so much shock about how incredible Travis’ performance was over the weekend!

Taking 1st on Day 2 after starting all the way at the back, Travis managed to pass 214 riders and finish with a gap to take the win!

Then, with a shortened track on Day 3 and once again starting at the back, Travis fought his way through almost the entire field to finish 7th, all aboard his CFMOTO 450MT.

What a performance! Bravo, Travis! We can’t wait to see what’s next!

HISTORY MADE: CFMOTO SOUTH AFRICA AMBASSADOR TRAVIS TEASDALE TAKES P1 ON DAY ONE OF THE ROOF OF AFRICA 🔥🇱🇸

Some achievements deserve more than a podium photo. They deserve to be told properly.

Day One of the Roof of Africa 2026 has delivered a moment that will go down in the history books, with CFMOTO South Africa Ambassador Travis Teasdale taking an incredible P1 finish.

But the result itself only tells half the story.

When Travis lined up at the start, he was all the way back in position 214. With hundreds of riders ahead of him, the challenge was already enormous. What followed was a charge through the field that saw Travis fight his way from the very back to the front.

And he didn’t just scrape his way into first.

Travis crossed the finish line with a staggering 15-minute gap between himself and the riders behind him.

What makes the achievement even more remarkable is what he was riding to do it.

The CFMOTO 450MT is a light adventure motorcycle weighing in at 193 kg. It wasn’t built as a dedicated race machine, yet Travis has taken it into one of the toughest off-road races on the planet and put it at the very front of the field.

From starting position 214 to finishing P1.

That isn’t simply a good result. It’s a demonstration of what can happen when an exceptional rider, an incredible machine and an enormous amount of determination come together.

For Travis, this is another chapter in an already remarkable racing career. For CFMOTO South Africa, it is a moment that showcases the capability of the 450MT in some of the most demanding conditions imaginable.

And for the entire CFMOTO South Africa team, there is only one thing left to say:

Travis Teasdale makes history for the very first time in Bronze on Day 1, taking P1 on his CFMOTO 450 MT! 🏆🔥

And what makes it even more incredible? Starting from the back of the pack(P214), passing 200+ riders, and crossing the finish line with a 15+ MINUTE gap! Absolutely unbelievable, Travis! 👊💨
