• Pick up and deliver the vehicle back to the
customer for the purpose of repairs, servicing, and roadworthy
• Advise on settling the customer’s vehicle with th
eir bank, and ensuring the buyer has finance in place should this be required by them.
• Advertise the customer’s vehicle for sale by any means deemed necessary by the service provider to ensure a successful sale.
• Facilitate the viewing of a vehicle by a buyer and the customer – this includes accompanying the customer when showing the vehicle.
• Negotiating the price of the vehicle on the customer’s behalf to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Providing and gathering the necessary paperwork for the transaction of the sale of the vehicle including:
o Sale of a motor vehicle agreement
o Tax invoice from buyer
o NCO Form – customer and buyer to complete
o Registration certificate (from customer)
o RLV Form – buyer to complete
• Submit change of ownership and registration forms to the traffic department.
• Facilitate and ensure the payment is done on handover of the vehicle.
