E93 BMW Freshley rebagged😎

This car had too many issues, we were trying to sort slowly since customer got the vehicle and then he eventually said lets sort everything😎so we have been doing slowly slowly after the last few months...

we pulled everything and replaced everything, new front and rear shocks and bags, extra tank and comp, re piped, new block and new Bluetooth management

we also done brake pads while there.

unfortunately i didnt get better pictures but anyhow there it is...

Freshly bagged 230.4 W115😎

This beauty is running soft on some custom bags, 1/2" solenoids, 5 gal aluminum tank, then we have slim line tank, dual 495 compressors and automatic water traps, castor Bluetooth

We done a clean hardline setup, full boot floor,
We also worked with 3d printed a dual gauge Pod

We picked up the alternator was not charging, so we managed to source a brand new alternator(very hard to find), alot of suppliers etc actually said there was no way we would have to modify etc but we managed to find one, and in the process have found a proper supplier so if you need Starters and Alternators hit me up from cars to trucks at really great prices.

I haven't taken a proper video, hopefully customer can send me some content to share👀😅

pulled in to upgrade to P7 management

We made a new floor board
Supplied new sub box
Removed all the old stuff and installed everything.

Now looking nice and neat😎

Still a work in progresss😎 but we getting there...

We got the rear wheels redone, new dishes, new barrels, polished and re polished faces...

We still dialing in that fitment, whie we doing other things with the Merc...

Mk1 came in to drill hubs to 5/100😎

We found wheels weren't fitting, so we had to arrange for some spacers and bolts...we supplied Aluminum 10mm hub centric spacers that we also had to modify to make it fit💯

While we were there we asked to fit rear mudflaps

No issues as far as we know, it just started having some water leaks but never overheated as car parks mostly, it wasn't a daily used vehicle...
