While working on a Nissan Qashqai J11 1.6dci,we had to deal with water leak under the inlet manifold that required quite a bit of labour to locate.We eventually located the leak from a pipe connecting the waterpump to the thermo housing.We then contacted Nissan and Renault (as the Qashqai and Kiger share the same motor)to purchase the pipe,only to find the part out of stock,with the vehicle in a stripped down condition this was not an ideal situation.
We researched the possibility of finding the pipe elsewhere and in doing so discovered there were more than 5 manufacturers sharing the same engine.We quoted the genuine part number to all other manufacturers and found Mercedes had 1 in stock throughout the entire group, at 4 times the price of Nissan.When receiving the part it was stamped with the renault badge and part number.Immediately we tracked down a supplier overseas and imported the pipe so were not left in this situation again.
We will continue to expand our range of imported parts that share common derivatives.Watch this space.

As promised we are running our April specials on both the Ford Ranger /BT50 t6 2.2 and 3.2 engines on exchange,we have extended the special till the 14th of April because of the holidays that fall within this period.Happy Easter to you all🙏

Another Ford 3.2 T6 engine being rebuilt for our engine exchange program.As of the 31st of March we will be running a special on excess stock of the 2.2 and 3.2 engines.The special will run till the 7th of April,but we will be repeating it at regular intervals.Watch this space.

After many years of putting in the hard yards on a Saturday,our staff and management have worked towards a well earned break.We will now be open by appointment only,we will still always be there for our customers,and provide the service they expect.
