Likes: I love the wheel setup and current stance, the sound of the VQ and it has more than enough power to put a smile on my face

Dislikes: The fact that I need a bakkie for practicality

Why did I buy this car?:
The car is my therapist. Not the fastest car on the road, but its my childhood dream car and edging closer and closer to a JDM Classic.

Proudest moment: The moment I got it. Flew up to Joburg and my dad stopped in front of me as I was walking out of the airport. Real NFS Underground 2 vibes

What would I rather be driving?:
At the moment I would rather be dailying a diesel bakkie, but still keep the Z

Likes: Insanely comfortable and beautiful sleek exterior. Space for wife, 2.4 kids, a Yorkie, a Rottweiler and luggage with all the horses up front to carry us.

Dislikes: Audi ≠ Reliability

Why did I buy this car?:
So much room for activities!!!

Proudest moment: Every single time I finish washing this beautiful machine!

What would I rather be driving?:
2012 Audi RS4 Avant, in the same colour!
1976 Ford Es**rt Mk2 Sport in white.
1968 Chevrolet Comaro Z28 in Jet Black

Mods: Straight pipe (Definitely needs a change)

Colour and Trim: White and pretty much the standard model inside, it has paddle shift which is pretty much why I got it, I wanted to feel like a racer. Paddle shift has always been something that I wanted.
Bike is black and orange with the tech pack equipped.

When bought: Feb 14th 2017, it was a Valentine’s Day gift to me

You might be seeing a bit of a trend here with the brands.

Likes: When you push that TC button, it unlocks fun mode
It has a straight 6 3.0L motor and with that exhaust, it sounds like the hounds of hell get released every time you hit the smiles peddle
It has paddle shift…STOP JUDGING!!
There are rumours that with the tune, she runs off the clock, but of course I have never done this because the max speed limit is 120km/h on our roads
It still looks SEXY AS FUUUUUUUUCK!
It sticks to the road amazingly well at any speed...obviously under the speed limit
The bike has an option for wheelie on and off…not that we wheelie bikes here
It has more horse power than most cars

Dislikes: With the current petrol price, the miles per smiles ratio is getting a bit heavy

Why did I buy this car?:
I really wanted a BMW 1M, but it is not in the budget, plus this one is still DAM FIIIIINE!

Proudest moment: That one time I successfully drifted around a hair pin corner, but NO-ONE saw because a Polo had decided to beach itself, like 50 people on the car run and 4 people saw it hahaha.
Other than that, any time the cars reaches the speed limit quickly.

What would I rather be driving?:
BMW 1M, not to be confused with the old BMW M1
1971 Plymouth Hemi Cuda
Hopefully one day, I can have both in the garage, but the 1M has always been a dream of mine.

Likes: the old school look, the old tech that was invented back in the day, the convertible aspect of it and the solid drive , no issues . I learnt about over drive as well in that car- 4 gears and overdrive was the "5th"

Dislikes: cont really complain considering the age of the vehicle but the air leaks from the hard top in winter, misjudging the weather and not having the hard top on and only the soft top to rely on which wasn't much help lol.

Why did I buy this car?:
for the love of 4 wheels and an engine, deal came up as a steal and the idea was to flip it, which failed as we kept it .

Proudest moment: Went to fetch the Mrs from work and had the top down on a lovely summers day. All her colleagues ran to the window wondering who the handsome gent was in the beautiful old car downstairs. Only for the Mrs to realize who it was and the instant blushing i saw made my day !
