From a Happy Customer👇👇
I’ve owned quite a few motorbikes over the years, so I had a good idea of what I was looking for when I started looking at the QJ Motor SRT 700.
I started off on a Suzuki DRZ 400, which was a great fun bike, but a bit too small for me. I then moved to a CBF600 road bike, but that limited me because I couldn’t really go off-road.
From there I bought a Yamaha Tenere 660, which I was very happy with for many years. It was probably one of the bikes I felt most comfortable on, but for riding two-up with my wife, it was just not big enough.
I then upgraded to a Yamaha Super Tenere 1200, which was a fantastic bike and very comfortable for my wife and me, but it was just too big and heavy for what I wanted. I didn’t feel confident taking it off-road.
After that, I tried a BMW 800 GS, thinking it would be the right balance, but it still didn’t feel right for me. It felt heavy, and I didn’t feel as comfortable on gravel roads and corners as I did on the Tenere 660.
I then looked at the new QJ Motor SRT 700.
The price was very attractive, and it came with a lot of extras, but what really surprised me was the test ride. I was honestly blown away by the power of the 700, the smooth ride, the brakes, suspension, touchscreen, and all the extras like the panniers and top box. Everything felt like really good quality.
I have now done a couple of trips on the bike, including riding two-up with my wife, and this is the bike she has been the most comfortable on. There is much more space between us, and we don’t feel like we are sitting on top of each other.
What impressed me most is that I honestly don’t feel a big difference in pulling power compared to the 1200 Super Tenere. The SRT 700 just keeps going and never feels like it is taking strain.
I’m very happy with the purchase.
For me, the QJ Motor SRT 700 has been the perfect balance between comfort, power, features, value for money, and confidence on the road and gravel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a capable adventure bike.
