🚨 We’re Hiring – Sales Floor Manager (Vryheid) 🚨
Join the Protea Tyres team! We’re looking for a Sales Floor Manager who will oversee the operations of the sales floor and ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements:
Must reside in Vryheid
Tyre knowledge will be an advantage
At least 5 years’ experience in the private retail or service industry
Must be able to manage a team
Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee the operations of the sales floor and ensure smooth functioning
✔️ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
✔️ Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
✔️ Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
✔️ Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess stock
✔️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store
✔️ Coordinate with management and the sales team to develop business strategies
✔️ Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts
✔️ Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
✔️ Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
✔️ Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and managing staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.
