New to the tyre industry, but certainly not new to leadership.

Meet Jaqueline, branch manager of Dunlop Zone Empangeni.
Although she only stepped into the tyre industry in 2026, Jaqueline brought years of experience working with tyre suppliers from the client side — making branch management a natural next step in her career.

She brings positivity, energy and a grounded attitude to the role, and has been encouraged to find that customers increasingly see a woman in charge as exactly what it should be: completely normal. They simply expect professionalism, knowledge and good service.

Her advice to other women considering the industry is simple and powerful: keep educating yourself, never stop learning, never give up and don’t take no for an answer.
