We supply and custom build top quality performance exhaust systems. We sell Downpipes for various cars from the shelf. If we don’t keep it in stock, we custom build whatever you want. We can use 304 Stainless steel with Tig welding or stainless steel, and of course mild steel also. Our exhaust systems start on 38 mm and go up to size 101 mm. Venom Racing offers an unrivaled combination of software and hardware expertise to get your vehicle performing at its peak potential, safely and reliably.

TODAY WE’RE EXPLAINING HOW OUR DYNO WORKS AND WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO ON THE DYNO.

You always see us posting dyno videos, but today we’re showing you exactly how it works, what the dyno measures, and why it’s such an important tool for tuning and diagnostics.

The vehicle gets strapped onto rollers built into the ground, allowing us to drive the vehicle while it stays stationary — just like driving on the road. The wheels spin on the rollers while the dyno measures the vehicle’s performance.

Inside the dyno is a retarder, which is basically a large electromagnet that can apply load or braking force to the vehicle. This allows us to control the amount of load on the engine for accurate testing and tuning.

We can connect boost sensors to measure actual boost pressure, and we use a wideband lambda sensor in the exhaust to monitor the air-fuel ratio. This tells us how much fuel the engine is using and helps us tune the vehicle safely and accurately.

The dyno measures:
• Power in kilowatts at the wheels
• Torque in Newton meters
• Air-fuel ratio
• Boost pressure
• Real-time OBD data logging
•ENGINE GAS TEMPERATURE

Through OBD logging we can monitor live data such as throttle position, boost control, temperatures, fuel pressure, and much more for tuning and diagnostic purposes.

The dyno is also a powerful diagnostic tool. For example, we can connect pressure sensors before and after the intercooler to check for pressure drops and identify restrictions or boost leaks.

This allows us to diagnose faults, monitor vehicle health, and safely tune vehicles under controlled conditions. ✅️📢
