Audi MMI controls are notorious for failing due to spillage of liquids into the unit. This affects the infotainment and onboard computer display. Here we have repaired a Q7 unit by replacing the internal pc board and not the complete unit as the agents would do, saving the customer a ton of cash.

Golf 3 VR6 came in for a burst heater radiator. This is a very time consuming job, because the heater core sits behind the dash board. Dash out, core replaced and everything back together working perfectly again.
