If your car suffered a blown cylinder head gasket, before repairing and replacing the gasket, be sure to determine what could have caused it. At most times, simple things such as a faulty radiator cap, jammed thermostat, cooling fan, or dirt in cooling system are the main culprits. If the cause is not rectified, you will end up with another blown gasket not before long.

My personal experience:

The issue with having cars that aren't driven much, and parked for weeks, or even months on end without start up generally presents a range of problems, the most serious being a dry start up, whereby all the oil has settled in the sump leaving the cylinder bores and oil feed galleries dry. This is generally noticed when the engine is a bit noisier on this initial start, and progressively quietens down after a few seconds. This "noisy" few seconds is where lots of damage is happening, as most of the internal components are running dry before there is sufficient build up of oil pressure.

I have personally noticed that after adding our Hyper L**e Oil Supplement to my cars that seldom get started or driven, which include a 46 year old Toyota, a 30 year old BMW, and a 25 year old Jeep, the noisy start ups are no longer, due to the product coating all the engine internals.-

With todays engine designs, it's pretty difficult to pinpoint exactly where any leak is originating from, and at most times, many components have to be stripped and removed to get to the leak, often leading to exhorbitant labour costs... 💰💰💰💰

Another success story !!!

Two weeks ago, the Rislone SA tech team received a call from a distressed owner of a Chevy Ute, saying that his business workhorse has oil and coolant mixing, coolant spitting out the exhaust, and the engine overheating, pointing straight to a blown cylinder head gasket.

We suggested he purchase our Rislone Head Gasket Fix , and helped guide him through the process of flushing the cooling system and the best way to apply the product.

After 3 days, and an oil change, he called us back, amazed at how well the product worked, and has put the this trusty workhorse back into daily service, and it's running as good as new.

A quick check under the oil cap, in the coolant reservoir, and the exhaust tailpiece at idle confirmed that all is in order, evident that the product has done its job as a permanent repair to a blown cylinder head gasket, and saving the owner thousands of rands in repairs and business downtime as well.
