Southern Power has been supplying the Marine Industry since 1985 as Southern Marine Distributors , then 1997 as Southern Power Products and from 2015 as Southern Power. Mission Statement
To become the supplier of choice of quality and technology leading propulsion and auxiliary power solutions and related products to the broader African Maritime Market. Impacting positively on the development and professionalism of the maritime industry across Africa, thereby delivering superior shareholder value and return

Our Company:
The company is the offical importer of Volvo Penta marine, auxillary engines, propulsion systems and aftermarket parts. SP also carries a range of marine focused products portfolio which include OXE Diesel, Westerbeke, Aquadrive, Safe at Sea and Webasto. SP manages the service and after market support functions through a combination of internal marine engineering and appointment and channel management of a service dealer network across Southern Africa
