I've recently acquired a 1919 Vauxhaul, in pieces. We've begun the work in earnest. The body has been straightened and a midnight blue was chosen. We've rebuilt the engine and begun the task of cleaning and polishing the brass work. The chassis has been assembled and is almost ready to have the body reattached. My dear friend, Doug Brodie, who sadly passed away in a biking accident, bought this car over 30 years ago. And had been collecting and fabricating the missing parts over many years. His eye for detail and precision has made continuing the project a pleasure! His passion has left a legacy for future generations of the amazing history of motor carriages!By: Charles Goodman
