Moshinz Pty Ltd Restoring classic cars back to their former glory is our passion here at Moshinz pty Ltd. Working on cars was part of Morne Greeff’s life since childhood.

Working and learning all there is to know about panel beating, side by side with his dad Ernst Greeff after school, school holidays, cars became a passion. In 2006 they build the biggest limousine in South Africa. (A Ford F250 12,5m), for a while after this they continue building a few limousines from Rover 75’s (6 seaters) to Jaguar (10-Seater) and a party bus. In between from 2006 till 2014 they

also did general panel beating, car rebuilds and even custom builds such as hearses for Avbob.In 2014 Mo’s Restoration’s and Parts got born out of all the experiences learned above. An opportunity was given to restore our first Classic car, a 1956 Ponton Bakkie, which we entered for the Mercedes Benz Concourse and came 3rd. We took all the notes from the comments and restored a second Ponton Bakkie and got 1st Place. From there our business got known for our work and attention to detail we put in with each project to try and ensure that we restore and bring back any classic into his former glory. (As original as possible). With ensuring that we stay as original as possible Shynelle Greeff started Shinz Auto Trimmers and looked at how can we make the interiors look original. A local machine was made, and we can now proudly say that we can remake all W111 Coupe, Convertibles and the W113 Pagoda Range and that all our interiors are of high quality and standards.Shinz Auto Trimmers works side by side with Mos Restoration remaking all the Interiors. The Moshinz team has been quietly working away on something special an ambitious project that we believe will push the boundaries of what's possible in the restomod world.

We're bringing together the timeless elegance of a classic Mercedes-Benz with the performance and technology of a modern AMG. Meet the W111 C63 Restomod Project.

At its core is the iconic Mercedes-Benz W111, with its graceful lines, unmistakable presence, and all the charm that made it a standout of the 1960s.

Underneath, it's a completely different story. We're integrating the performance, drivetrain, and modern technology of a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG to create something truly unique.

Classic style. Modern muscle. Everyday drivability.

This build is all about blending two eras into one seamless package the character and craftsmanship of a vintage Mercedes paired with the power, handling, comfort, and innovation of a modern AMG.

The goal is simple: create a car that captures the soul of the original while delivering a driving experience that feels thoroughly modern.

More than a restoration, this is a complete reimagining of what a classic Mercedes can become.

We'll be sharing the entire journey from concept to completion, so stay tuned there's a lot more to come.

As promised, the first of our 9 classic lineup is officially back on the road! 🚘✨
This gorgeous R107 Mercedes-Benz 500SL was in the shop for a full mechanical check, complete servicing, an aircon refresh, new rubbers, and a quick clean-up.
On top of the minor repairs, we also gave the cabin some serious love:
* Interior seats newly covered
* Back seat newly manufactured and covered
* Brand new carpets installed
