Last week I battled with a bad throat infection, but happy to report back.that I am all good again & back on the grind!

This evening we have a something a little different from the norm...here we have a Nissan 1400 bakkie with witn a VW 16v setup, but in a RWD configuration!

I shot through to Geo & built them on site at the workshop.

"I don't have a high performance engine, will the MSD leads work on my car?"

This is a question I often get & the simpler answer is yes, the leads benefit all engine by optimising the spark delivery to the plugs.

Adele messaged me as they were having issues with the plug leads on their Hyundai Atos, so I took a drive through to their home in Durbaville & built the leads on the vehicle for them.

Her hubby took the car for a drive & the feedback I got was that he was VERY happy with how the car is now performing 🤓👌🏽

Jaco needed a set of leads for his VR6, so we arranged an appointment & made it happen!

Jaco opted for a red set of MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor leads. Since the 8.5mm is thicker than stock we simply needed to widen the wire grooves in the covers & all fits perfectly!

Good evening peeps

This evening we spotlight none other than Saud Basa from CK Outlaws & his VVL powered mk1 that he piloted to a PB of 9.962s @ 216.15km/h at last month's Killarney Drag event

This amazing feat has placed Saud at #3 on the Worlds Fastest NA Nissan SR20 powered list!

Saud has placed his trust in my leads for quite some time, since Dreamer still had the Roller Rocker SR20 in...all we did when Saud moved over to the VVL setup was just a refresh of the leads with a different set of suppressors & the car does not skip a beat & evidently runs amazing times, breaking records both nationally & internationally.

Well done once again to Saud & his amazing team on their achievements with Dreamer VVL!

Not the typical setup...I was blessed with the opportunity to build another set of leads for an aviation application.

Here we have Shaun's Jabiru 3300, powered by a 6 cylider horizontally opposed engine. Since the planes run a redundancy sytem for safety, I suggested that I build the primary & secondary system in 2 different colours. So 1 set was done in red & the other in black.

After building the leads we pushed the plane outside of the hangar & started up & sure she fired up perfectly on all 6 met with cheers from Shaun, as his starting issue had immediately been resolved. Over the next few days Shaun made a few more tweaks & the engine is now running even better.
