This Corsa 1.4T Sport came to us surging badly under load after previously being tuned elsewhere.

We started by flashing the ECU back to factory software, giving us a clean and reliable base to work from.

Then we put the car on our in-house dyno and carried out a custom Stage 1 ECU calibration, focusing on:

✅ Smooth, consistent power delivery
✅ Eliminating the surging issue
✅ Extra KW over the previous tune
✅ Keeping the car reliable for everyday driving
✅ Giving the customer the performance he wanted — without chasing unnecessary numbers

The result? A smoother, stronger and more enjoyable Corsa!
