☆chain & sprocket ☆

On average, you can expect to replace your chain and sprocket between 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers, less if you ride fast and hard. However, if you spot any damage to your chain or sprocket, it's better to just go and replace the prematurely-worn part right away.

POTENTIAL WEAR
First, improper chain tension. Either too loose or too tight. Second, sprockets out of alignment. Either one will cause sprocket wear

MAINTENANCE
Clean the chain and rear sprocket every 1,000 to 1,500km using a chain cleaning spray and a stiff nylon brush. A purpose-design three-sided chain cleaning brush is best. Once clean, wipe away any residue with a clean cloth. Allow the chain to dry off before applying chain l**e.

Why is it important to always check everything before hitting the road??

BASIC ON FORK SEALS

Few tips and explanation why we should not ride with a leaking for seal something to consider!!

A bad fork seal could leak oil onto your brake calipers, resulting in trouble decelerating and stopping the bike. That, plus poor shock absorption and an unbalanced ride makes a leaky fork seal dangerous to ride on.

So, how do you know if it's time to replace them? When you start to notice oil leaking from the fork seals they are likely cracked. You might also notice that the bike isn't riding as smoothly as it once was. When you notice these problems, you should replace the fork seals.
