Heartbreak Story this one.
This client booked their vehicle in with complaint the clutch was slipping, which has been previously done by another workshop. The workshop is question allowed this client to purchase her own parts to have them fitted. From what we were told from the day they collected this vehicle. The clutch was suddering, and not feeling 100%.
Well today we confirmed that the actual clutch kit this client purchased, with her hard earned money was not even fitted to her own vehicle, instead rubbish parts were fitted and now yet again she has to cough up the money and have it done correctly, like it was supposed to have been done from day one.
