Stories do something that information alone cannot.
👉They hold attention.
They give context to facts, turning isolated points into something people can follow and understand. They create meaning by showing how things unfold, rather than simply stating what is true.
Stories also make information easier to remember. People are far more likely to recall a moment, a person, or a sequence of events than a list of points or claims.
They create emotional entry points without needing to force emotion. A well-told story allows someone to recognise something familiar, see a different perspective, or understand a situation more deeply.
And importantly, stories build trust over time. They show consistency, reveal process, and make what a business does feel more real and more human.
In a space where people are constantly being presented with information, stories are often what make something stay.
