🚖 Maxim Malaysia Launches “Drive For Inclusion”

Maxim Malaysia has introduced a first-of-its-kind program in the country – Drive For Inclusion, an initiative that empowers individuals with special needs to become e-hailing drivers. 🌟

Through this program, Maxim is opening up meaningful employment opportunities by offering:
✅ Special lower commission rates for Maxim (0%–5%)
✅ A dedicated daily helpline for support
✅ A peer-support driver network

Mohd Hazwan Musley, Director of Maxim Malaysia, said:
“Talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Drive For Inclusion is our commitment to changing that. We are not just offering rides; we are driving change, breaking down barriers, and proving that ability always outweighs disability.”

The impact is already real. One of the first drivers, Abd Hashim, who is half paralysed, shared:
“Before Maxim, it was very difficult for me to find a job… Now, as a full-time driver, I have flexibility, independence, and a way to support myself. This program has brought joy and hope back into my life.”

💡 How to Join
Registration follows the same process as regular drivers, with an additional step to confirm special needs status. Required documents include MyKad, CDL (>1 year validity), PSV license, and OKU card.

📲 Maxim and Taxsee Driver apps are available on Google Play, App Store, Huawei AppGallery, GetApps, Oppo App Market, Vivo App Store, and Galaxy Store.

With this initiative, Maxim isn’t just moving passengers—it’s moving society towards a more inclusive future. ❤️

There are plans to connect the Automotive High Tech Valley in Tanjung Malim with the KTM line. How does this benefit us? More cargo sent by rail means road users don't have to encounter so many trucks.

Proton has launched Malaysia’s first dedicated EV plant in Tanjung Malim, anchoring AHTV as a regional EV hub. With up to 45,000-unit capacity, it will produce the Proton e.MAS 7, e.MAS 5 and future EV exports.
