Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend Dongfeng’s Canadian presentation and speak with the people leading the brand’s arrival in Canada. 🇨🇳🇨🇦

While six electrified vehicles were on display, only two models are currently being homologated for the Canadian market. It was an interesting chance to learn more about the company’s long-term plans, its technology and how it hopes to establish itself here.

The products look promising on paper, but as with any new brand, success will ultimately depend on customer experience, after-sales support and the dealer network.

Mercedes-AMG has been building performance wagons since 1987, and nearly 40 years later, the formula is better than ever. The new AMG E 53 HYBRID Wagon packs 577 horsepower, or up to 604 hp with Race Start, while still hauling the family and luggage in comfort. Proof that you don’t need an SUV to have it all. I’d take this over most SUVs any day.

The all-new Subaru Trailseeker might be electric, but it still feels like a Subaru. After spending time behind the wheel, it’s easy to see why this could become a favourite for adventurous families. Plenty of space, standard AWD, and yes… it’s genuinely fun to drive. 👀⚡️
