Hello and welcome to my page The PDR Coach!

My name is Don Kavanagh and I started one of the first retail shops in America. My companies name is Dent Kraft. You can find us @ www.dentkraftpdr.com

I was originally trained by Juergen Holtzer in 1991 after seeing him preform his magic on the vehicles he worked on at a BMW and Mercedes dealership in the late 80's where I worked as a Service Consultant.

One of the reasons I wanted to start this page was for the new and the older tech's. I started my career in 1989 by trying it on my own before my formal training began with Juergen. I was very stubborn and naive in my thinking and thought to myself I can learn this on my own. Boy was I wrong! Since 89' I have learned and worked besides some of the very best tech's in the world!

We learn only by staying open and humble to the fact that we just don't know what we don't know!

I have been a PDR trainer for over 25 years and have trained over 125 guys that are out in the field working in their kraft.

I grabbed this page to start it years ago. Oh well better late than never.

I am inspired by teaching and helping others. I thought this would be a great way to give back to the profession that has been so good to my family and I have truly met some of my best friends in the biz through doing PDR!

This page is going to be for everyone whether you are just starting out as a newbie or your a season tech in the business or if you are just wondering is this for me?
