Hi Harald,

I wanted to follow up and tell you how much I appreciate the work on the hydraulics, the contact level and information. First, the install was as the directions stated and easy, despite reading stories of failure warnings and function issues after install- I had none. The parts look new under the lid and the foil posts on the outside are perfectly polished. Secondly, I admire your comminuation as it seems a lost art in a time with such great tools yet true communication is sparse. Admittedly, I had questions/worries about sending parts and money overseas but I was at ease with contact level and guidance. Lastly, I mentioned my own mistake in ordering an aftermarket part. You gave good detail on what to do or not to do. Wish I'd asked you first. It turns out the aluminum extensions, probably China made had threads that were cut wrong. I did NOT cross thread. The Machinist was frustrated with the issue until he realized the parts threads were cut to the wrong specification. No issue then, he corrected the fittings on the foil and everything is as new.

I recently met another gentleman in town with a beautiful 997 TT and he complained that the same hydraulics had begun leaking. I told him I'd be happy to help remove it and when he is ready, I will have him ship that to you.
I can't say how much I appreciated the quality and service except to say I'll have another sent to you as soon as possible.

I just want to send you a huge Thank you!!!
Beginning of the week I received the hydraulic parts back in perfect condition. I installed it this morning and everything works amazingly perfect again.
I followed all your instructions and closed also the holes. I turned them inside and a bit to the front because of the carwash (please see pictures).
As a summary I must say, that I have been working with all my cars in the past 20 years and I do not remember that there was anyone like you. You are extremely professional, helpful and tour support with all the steps is just amazing. Thanks for the washers 😉.
