The Department of Tourism, in partnership with the Market Development Facility, hosted the official launch of the National Yacht Sector Strategy today.
Guests of honor included His Excellency Mr. Max Willis, the Australian High Commissioner, and the Honorable Minister of Trade and Commerce, Samsen Samson.
The strategy is a comprehensive and thorough examination of the current situation with an excellent blueprint for future growth in the industry. We look forward to working together with the Department of Tourism and the Vanuatu Government to develop and support yacht tourism in Vanuatu.

The Customs and Biosecurity offices in Port Vila have moved from the main wharf and we at Yachting World Vanuatu are happy to assist organizing clearance with Customs, biosecurity and immigration. Call Yachting World o VHF channel 16 when you arrive - we're here for you 👌⛵⛵⛵😃

Vanuatu Customs and Inland Revenue has moved from their offices on the main wharf. Arriving yachts should call Yachting World Marina on VHF 16 and Rosaline will help organize clearance with customs, Biosecurity Vanuatu Department and Immigration.

We are now officially open for the 2025 yacht season. We can’t wait to welcome Yachts from around the world, friends old and new, back to Port Vila again this year. Yachting World Marina has a full service sea wall marina, lots of swing moorings, a fuel wharf, laundry, WiFi, and even a bar and a restaurant for you to enjoy. We are happy to assist with your yacht mail and air freight, trash disposal, organising activities and parties for yacht rallies, and friendly advice on cruising in Vanuatu.
