What a great Halloween night at Compass Point Marina.

BooBay brought together families, friends, neighbors, marina businesses and plenty of creative costumes for a fun evening around the property. It was great seeing so many people out visiting the different businesses, checking out the decorations, collecting candy and spending time together.

A big thank-you to everyone who helped make the first BooBay such a fun community event, and to all of the local businesses that joined in and made the marina feel so festive.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces throughout the evening — and Captain Bones definitely kept an eye on things.

Already looking forward to next year.

Captain Bones is ready for BooBay!

He’s been keeping watch next door at Waves Marina Market and is definitely getting Compass Point Marina into the Halloween spirit.

Tomorrow night is the first annual BooBay Halloween Marina Event with trick-or-treating, costumes, candy and a costume contest throughout the marina.

We’ll be joining in at Latitude 18 Yachts, so bring the kids, stop by and say hello to Fred and Wilma — and make sure you wave to Captain Bones on the way by.

Another custom SeaDek® project is underway.

We started by capturing this Bali 58 so we can turn the boat into a digital model and begin building a completely custom SeaDek® design around its actual layout.

This is the behind-the-scenes work that happens before fabrication and installation — and we’ll share more as this project comes together.

A closer look at the finished details on this Fountain.

This project brought together 65 custom SeaDek® pieces in Moonrock over Navy Blue, a custom diamond pattern and a Fountain logo incorporated into the aft hatch.

Every section was designed to work with the boat’s existing layout — from the large deck areas to the hatches, hardware, walkways and spaces around the leaning post.

65 custom SeaDek® pieces completely changed the look of this Fountain.

Moonrock over Navy Blue, a custom diamond pattern, and a custom Fountain logo on the aft hatch brought the entire deck together.

From bare deck to finished installation, this one was worth the wait.

Remember those 65 custom SeaDek® pieces?

Today they found their places.

This Fountain is now wearing custom Moonrock over Navy Blue SeaDek® with a diamond pattern and a custom Fountain logo on the aft hatch.

It was a hot one in full St. Thomas sun, but seeing all 65 pieces come together made it worth it.
