So I sit here today a mere shell of myself… oh wait where was I going with this…
I sit here today and look at the colorful shells and white coral on the beautiful sandy beaches next to the most glorious blue waters of the Caribbean and I think back to all the wonderful people we have met on our adventures this season. We have truly been blessed with all the funny, smart, down to earth, witty, sweet, and adventurous guests we have chartered with this season. Our season is winding down for the year and it would not be complete without saying Thank you to our fabulous guests. I have many pictures from the season that I intend on posting so all my family and friends and future chartering guests can see some of the most beautiful places here in the Caribbean. I also would like to make note of some of the fantastic comments we had this season which makes me believe more every day that we are great at this and we belong on a boat making wonderful memories for our Guests.
…Night Diver and Starfish Crew…”What a fabulous 12 days. We were onboard Fidelity for our Anniversary, Christmas, and New Years and Scott and Renee went above and beyond to make every occasion beautiful, delicious and memorable. Renee is a gifted chef and can work with any constraint and still cook up a feast.”
…The Ski Two Crew…”Renee your food was some of the best we have ever had. My all time favorite was your lamb chops. All of it was sublime and served with a lovely smile. Scott, thank you for your expertise, your humor and for seeing that we had all we needed to get the best out of our time in the BVI. “
…”Words cannot express the wonderful memories we have created and the pounds we have gained from Renee’s Amazing cooking. I felt like I knew Scott and Renee for years.”
…”You have made every day special with your kindness, happy smiles and attentiveness and being special to our kids and cooking. Renee you are the Master Chef of the BVI. Thank you all. Hugs and Kisses”
…”I was aboard Fidelity with my family to take an ASA 101,103,104 classes. Scott is the best!! Scott is the best teacher and captain. You taught me a lot of skills and information and also taught me the joy of sailing. My daughter was saying that Renee has magic in her hands for food.”
…”Don’t know how we will top this vacation other than booking another week. All my fears and apprehensions regarding the trip were qualmed once I saw the professional teamwork between Capt. Scott and Chef Renee. We will miss our days with the Crew of Fidelity! Chive On!!”
There were so many more wonderful compliments and whole log book pages filled out but the list is long and I think after reading this, you realize that we do our very best to make memories and friends that will last a lifetime.
