This is your reminder to get those fluid leaks checked out and fixed especially if it's leaking on your alternator, AC Compressor or starter, they definitely don't enjoy being covered in oil, power steering fluid, coolant ect... and will premature go out!

So its midnight on a Sunday/Monday and I'm in the shop working on this starter because i promised I'd have ot done over the weekend so the customer could pick it up Monday. Mid you I'm off Sundays and Mondays. But it's been so hectic this weekend that this is when i had the time. But as i stand here for this quick break it brings back memories of 8yrs ago when i used to work 7days a week 8am-3am the next morning to keep promises of unrealistic due date placed upon myself so that i could grow my business. I'm not sure what i thought but i never would've thought that the guy that couldn't keep a job longer than 2weeks/months at a time would be in the same spot doing the same work almost 9yrs later.

I say this to say never forget where you come from and what your goals/purpose on this earth are. Remember if you put your mind to it you can accomplish great things it just takes you to believe in you. i was lucky enough to have someone that helped install that into my head late in life but it was installed none the less and it's much appreciated. here's to another 8+ years of growth not just in business but also in life, physically, emotionally and mentally. i hope this post reaches someone who needs the remainder that with persistence and self discipline/control great things are possible!

Position is paid by flag rate and is a 1099 position. Pay will be dependent upon experience and if you have your own tools. We do alot of big Jobs, pulling engines, transmissions, heads, ect...And you must be able to do these tasks on your own. So you must be confident in your skills. Shop has lift, engine hoist, and transmission jack. Schedule is decently flexible.
