We towed a ladies car in from the tollway due to her tire falling off. We found out a friend did a brake job and didn’t torque the wheels down. We checked the rest of the wheels and they were all loose. Thankfully the Tollway Help trucks found her wheel and we returned to Roger’s and installed all new studs and lugs and salvaged the day for her and yes, we hand torqued all 4 wheels to manufacturers specifications.
