We work for the customer, not the insurance companies. If your insurance company has a preferred shop, it's for their benefit, not yours, no matter how they word it. And if they mention a guarantee, one thing is certain: your vehicle will be repaired with the cheapest parts available, guaranteed. That is the most important guarantee. There are other concessions to be made to be on an insurance program, also, and they will all lead to a lower quality repair. Frontier Paint and Body has always guaranteed our work, and any guarantee offered is only as good as the shop backing it, not the insurance company touting it. Be a leader, not a follower. 🚗💪🔧👍💯
