Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing repair or additional prep work.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to perform tasks such as buffing and detailing.
Assist in the auto body repair process as needed, including minor repairs and restoration tasks.
Collaborate with auto painters and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Stay updated on industry best practices for paint preparation and auto restoration techniques.
Color sand and buff vehicles after they have been painted for final finish
Requirements
Experience in auto body repair or painting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with auto glass installation and removal is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle prep processes.
Basic knowledge of auto estimating may be beneficial for assessing repair needs.
